*Where does RMISS, The Skin Collection ship to?

-Our products ship to all 50 states within the US. We currently do not offer international shipping or ship to P.O. boxes. Please note, you may experience longer delivery times if you’re shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.

*When will my order be shipped?

-You will receive an e-mail notifying you that your order has shipped. You will also receive an e-mail with the tracking number, so you are able to see the estimated arrival date. If you are unable to locate your package using your tracking number, please contact us at shipping@RmissSkin.com and provide your order number in the subject of your email.

We generally fulfil and ship orders same day, however, on weekends and holidays, orders will be fulfilled and shipped the following business day.

Shipping costs are listed below.

5-7 business days Ground Shipping Cost: $8.00

2-3 business days shipping cost: $14.00

Standard Overnight shipping cost: $20.00


If an order is placed with us and refused for any reason, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges incurred. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.


* How can I change the address my order placed is shipped to?

- If you decide to change your order, we will try to accommodate this request, However, we like to complete orders in a timely manner. Please contact us as soon as possible to request this change. Once the order has been marked as shipped, you must visit the carrier website and contact them directly to request an address change

* What are my payment options?

- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are processed through a secure server

* When will my credit card be charged?

- Once you place your RMISS Skin Collection order, your card will be charged automatically.

* What is your return/exchange policy?

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact shipping@RmissSkin.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

* What if I receive damaged or defective items?

- upon the arrival of your order, please carefully inspect the packaging and products for damages or defectiveness. Like most items shipped, you may find some wear and tear on the items, but if there are actual damages, please notify shipping@RmissSkin.com . We kindly ask that you provide your order number, photos of the damaged product, and hold the packaging and box the products were shipped in.

What if I buy from another seller through Amazon, Ebay, etc?

- We recommend you shop exclusively on our website, RmissSkin.com only as there could be potential for counterfeit products with our branding listed on the packaging.

*For your protection, we do not sell or share any of our cunsumer information for any reason. This includes, but isn’t limited to email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, or any other personal information. All information collected on this website will be used strictly for the use of RMISS, The Skin Collection only.

 * Sales tax does not apply to our online shopping products. If you are sending a gift and would like to remove the invoice from the package, please send us an email to shipping@RmissSkin.com after your order is placed.
